Toni is a comprehensively trained and  nationally certified Pilates Instructor in West Linn, Oregon. 

Pilates will improve functional movement, athletic performance and the mind-body connection.

I've got beautiful Balanced Body equipment including two Studio Reformers, Jump Board and Combo Chair plus plenty of props.  

Hi, I'm Toni. Welcome to Daylight Pilates!

Pilates has been a part of my active lifestyle since 2010.

A bit about me

It was my very first yoga instructor who recommended I try Pilates.  While I had heard of "pilates" I really had no idea what it was or even that it was named after a real person. I signed myself up for a class and the rest is history. After a few months I honestly felt like I had a whole different body. One that moved better. One that felt better. It was (and still is!) nothing short of amazing. 


Pilates made me confident enough to try all kinds of different exercise. A consistent Pilates practice helped me train for several mountain climbing events, trail races, half marathons and even one ultra marathon.


Pilates was always my cross training for it all.... or were the other activities my cross training for Pilates? Learning new progressions and trying to master more advanced exercises is an endless challenge. 


Since my first Pilates class in 2010, I have explored practicing with many different instructors who were trained in both classical and contemporary styles of Pilates. I aim to offer my clients a mix of classical foundation work and contemporary exploration in every session.

Introductory Session

Come see the studio! Let me show you around and introduce you to the equipment. We will discuss your goals and have a chance to chat in person. This intro will include about 25 minutes of movement. You will not be under any obligation to purchase a package on the spot. 


Private Pilates Sessions

Custom tailored to individual clients. Experience working on the Reformer, Chair and Mat using various props. A great way to see how Pilates makes you feel and a smart way to learn how to be more successful in group classes.

Duet Reformer Pilates Sessions (two clients)

Small Group Mat Pilates

Gather your group together for a series of Pilates classes on the mat using various props and light hand weights. Minimum group size is 4; max is 6. Contact me for pricing and availability.

Offered as a pre-paid monthly series

All sessions will be scheduled upon purchase to ensure continuity and accountability for your practice. 


Prices shown are valid through July 2025.


Cash, check, Zelle or Venmo accepted.

At least 12 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice, please. 


For duet sessions, if one person needs to cancel, the session will be rescheduled. 


For small group mat classes, there are no refunds and no make ups for missed classes.


Please do not wear sharp or dangling jewelry as it may get caught or puncture the upholstery on the equipment. Please do not wear perfume. 


Grip socks are required. I have some you can borrow if you are just getting started in your practice!
